MOOK!

The fourth grade artists studied the Italian artists calling themselves Mook: Carlo Nannetti and Francesca Crisafulli.  The students were taught this lesson by my fantastic student teacher Miss Kadi Miller. She did a super job of unleashing the student's creativity!  We also have to thank Mrs. Ann Peters for supplying the wood scraps. The students played around with the shapes, forming different animals shapes, until they were inspired by their creation. Then they sanded to parts, hot glued them together and then painted them.

Bravo Kadi, bravo fourth grade!
